The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Shall Seize EIIR Assets Into IMF / WBG Fiduciary Trust For Purposes Of Providing Complainant Goodwin With Adequate Funding For Competent Legal Counsel Of His Choice; And, The UNSC Shall Issue A Provisional Sanction Writ Entitling The Goodwin / Kwa’mutsun Complaint To Proceed To The ICC And The ICJ; Including, But Not Limited, As Provided By The Rome Statute.
